We are committed to helping people experience a real, personal relationship with God. Through mentorship, compassion, and a Gospel-centered approach, we nurture spiritual growth, empower individuals, and build a vibrant community that reflects Christ's love, truth, and grace in everyday life.

Our mission is to win souls, disciple believers, and equip them to influence their homes, communities, and the world with boldness, compassion, and unwavering faith in Christ.

Through a balanced focus on evangelism and spiritual growth, we aim to fulfill the Great Commission in our generation—raising lives deeply rooted in Christ and ready to serve with passion and purpose.

• We hold fast to the essentials of salvation and holy living. Yet, we recognize that faithful believers may hold varying views on non-essential matters. Therefore, we commit to unity in essentials, liberty in non-essentials, and love above all else.
• Personal convictions must be grounded in Scripture, and all our beliefs are held with a spirit of humility, grace, and a shared desire to glorify Christ and advance His mission.

• We honour each other with trust and grace: We assume the best, speak well of one another, and choose love even in uncertainty.
• We handle conflict the Jesus way: We address issues directly, kindly, and biblically choosing reconciliation over rumour.
• We speak truth in love: Even in tough conversations, we lead with gentleness and seek growth—not harm.
• We serve as one body with one heart: We're in this together. Every role matters. Every person counts.
• We show up for God and each other: We stand with one another—in prayer, in presence, and in encouragement.

Who We Are

Christhood Int'l Outfield Ministry (CIOM) is more than just a ministry—it's a movement of people who believe that lives can still be transformed by the love of Jesus. We're an interdenominational Christian family led by the Holy Spirit and deeply rooted in God's Word, united by a shared passion: to make Jesus known in a real and personal way.

We exist to reach out, raise up, and send out believers who will shine God's light in their families, offices, social spaces, communities, and beyond. Whether it's through bold outreach, quiet mentorship, prayerful discipleship, or acts of compassion—we believe in showing up where it matters most.

What Drives Us

Our heart beats for transformation—not just in word, but in action. We preach the Gospel, teach the Word, and walk with people through every season of life. From small group discipleship to city outreaches, from training future leaders to simply sitting with someone who feels forgotten—our ministry is practical, personal, and Spirit-led.

We believe in the Bible as God's final authority—perfect, timeless, and true. It's the foundation of everything we do. And while we stand firm on the essentials of our faith, we make room for humility, grace, and unity in things that don't divide the body of Christ.
