Christhood Mission, Vision & Statement of Faith

Our guiding principles that shape everything we do

Vision Statement

To reach out, touch lives, and equip hearts with the life-transforming message of Jesus Christ—empowered by the Holy Spirit and driven by love that changes everything.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to make known the life-changing power of Jesus Christ across the globe. We do this through intentional outreach, Spirit-led teaching, and authentic discipleship.

We are committed to helping people experience a real, personal relationship with God. Through mentorship, compassion, and a Gospel-centered approach, we nurture spiritual growth, empower individuals, and build a vibrant community that reflects Christ's love, truth, and grace in everyday life.

Doctrinal Statement

CIOM is an interdenominational ministry committed to proclaiming the living Word of God and exalting Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Our mission is to win souls, disciple believers, and equip them to influence their homes, communities, and the world with boldness, compassion, and unwavering faith in Christ.

Ministry Philosophy

We believe that transformation begins with the heart. Our philosophy is to lead people from spiritual lostness to fully committed, Christ-centered labourers.

Through a balanced focus on evangelism and spiritual growth, we aim to fulfill the Great Commission in our generation—raising lives deeply rooted in Christ and ready to serve with passion and purpose.

Statement of Faith

At CIOM, the Word of God stands at the center of all we do. We believe the Bible—comprising the 66 books of the Old and New Testaments—is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God.

  • We hold fast to the essentials of salvation and holy living. Yet, we recognize that faithful believers may hold varying views on non-essential matters. Therefore, we commit to unity in essentials, liberty in non-essentials, and love above all else.
  • Personal convictions must be grounded in Scripture, and all our beliefs are held with a spirit of humility, grace, and a shared desire to glorify Christ and advance His mission.

Standards of Ministry

Living and Serving Together in the Spirit of Christ

At CIOM, we believe ministry flows from family. Whether you're a leader, volunteer, staff member, or part of our global community, we commit to walking together in unity, love, and maturity.

Here's how we choose to live and serve:

  • We honour each other with trust and grace: We assume the best, speak well of one another, and choose love even in uncertainty.
  • We handle conflict the Jesus way: We address issues directly, kindly, and biblically choosing reconciliation over rumour.
  • We speak truth in love: Even in tough conversations, we lead with gentleness and seek growth—not harm.
  • We serve as one body with one heart: We're in this together. Every role matters. Every person counts.
  • We show up for God and each other: We stand with one another—in prayer, in presence, and in encouragement.

At the core of it all is love. A love that reflects Jesus. A love that defines our culture. A love that makes room for everyone to belong, grow, and thrive.

Our Commitments

The Culture We Carry. The Legacy We Build.

At CIOM, we live out our vision by the way we lead, serve, and relate. Our commitments reflect who we are becoming and the lasting impact we hope to leave:

  • We lead by example: We don't just teach the Word—we live it, every day, in every space.
  • We take full responsibility: Words matter. Actions matter. We own our influence and strive to honour Christ in all things.
  • We treat everyone with dignity: Every person is made in God's image. That truth defines how we interact—with respect, kindness, and honour.
  • We grow people, not platforms: Ministry is people. We're here to disciple, empower, and walk alongside others into their God-given calling.
  • We grow ourselves to better serve: Through continuous trainings, humility, feedback, and prayer, we commit to becoming better—because growth is a form of worship.
  • We celebrate diversity and walk in unity: We cherish our different backgrounds and gifts yet move forward with one purpose: Jesus.
  • We live with legacy in mind: We serve with eternity in view—planting seeds of hope and truth that will bless generations.

At the center of it all is Jesus. His Gospel is our message. His Spirit is our guide. His love is our heartbeat. We believe He's still changing lives—and we're honoured to be a part of it.
