Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the arrival, seating, and departure of ministers and dignitaries
- Ensure clear communication between departments for smooth operations
- Arrange transport, accommodations, and necessary materials for guest ministers
2. Security Department
Objective: To maintain a secure and safe environment for the church, its leaders, and congregation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure the church premises before, during, and after services
- Control entry and access to restricted areas
- Escort and protect guest ministers where needed
Before the Service or Event
Protocol Team: Confirm guest ministers' arrival times and logistics
Security Team: Conduct a pre-service security check of the premises
Hospitality Team: Set up refreshments and welcome areas
